Wyoming Geological Survey (Laramie, WY)

 I’m reaching out to share an open position at the Wyoming State Geological Survey (WSGS) that may be a great fit for a recent graduate, early-career geologist, or a colleague looking for a new role.

WSGS is hiring a Natural Resources Analyst (Professional Scientist / ENNR09)focused on Wyoming geology and petroleum resources. The position is full-time, based in Laramie, Wyoming, and is open until filled.

In brief, the role includes subsurface/basin analysis (well logs/cores), mapping and modeling (2D/3D), occasional fieldwork, technical reporting, project support, and public-facing communication/outreach.
